PETRICHOR is out now!! i’ve put a massive amount of work into this game and i’m so excited to be finally releasing it. 

the world this project is set in began as a short story i wrote over 4 years ago about a magic cat saving a girl from a stormy forest. i was super obsessed with a mystical, fairy-garden backdrop to a story ultimately about grief so i ended up writing a whole new story that i think plays with the setting in an even more interesting way. the prettiness/beauty of horror is something that goes massively underappreciated so i hope my game can be a bastion for that. 

while PETRICHOR was hard for me to write and took a lot longer than i’d intended to complete, i’m extremely proud of how it turned out. in particular, as much as NEVERMINE is really special to me, this project totally blows it out of the water in its ability to express itself - which was one of my main goals throughout working on it. there’s also a surprising amount of unused content left over that i’d love to eventually add in updates, including (quadrupedal) elements from the original short story, but for now i’m going to move on to other projects.
